- Misleading Fake promises of travel services by DOberois Courtyard Pvt Ltd ^Open

D-Oberois Courtyard Pvt Ltd salesman Mr. Ankit Singh promised a lot of things and services including names of * & * star hotels worldwide, Suite rooms, Visa assistance etc. Bought travel membership on **.**.**** package for ** years on the basis of their verbal fake promises and services. But actually while making the booking after purchasing the membership on those grounds, their reservation team is denying those hotels as their partner. They have numerous amount of excuses one can think of to delay/cancel the booking. After repeated calls & mails they don't send any satisfactory response. Reservation team provide very low review budget hotels instead of the * & * star hotels mentioned while selling the membership. I barely got saved from not booking the flights as per schedule otherwise I would have been forced to compromise and stay at their convenient hotel and not what I have first confirmed.
Highly disappointed by their negligence and behavior to customer requirements.
If the company sticks to their only **% refund in any circumstances then I would like to claim compensation for mental agony due to financial loss.
