hello sir/mam
i am using hathway internet from *th march **** they commit me that i will get *** GB every month in my subscription but as now i used *** gb of data and It shows my all data consumed so i called the provider and asked for my answer that provide me rest of my data So i can continue my work. but its been * days they are not providing any satisfying answer. i called them More than *** times and they just say problem will be solved within * hour * hour or till evening but no solution. I subscribed this service cz i need heavy uses of internet cz i work as freelancer for youtube and google if internet stop working for a day than i cant do any work and for this thing every day ***** INR lose its been * days and i Lost more than ***** and few clients cz of late work I m facing this Issue please help me so I can recover my this lose from hathway company for their mistake and mislead service. thankyou so much.
