- Misinformation forced to buy misbehave Open
Servicing of my scooty honda *g was done on **/**/**** by the service centre. An extra oil named OT was put in my scooty without asking or informing me. when asked for the details, manager misbehaved and forced to pay the bill. I complained on National consumer helpline but the company replied that the redressal was done although no redressal was provided as demanded. Now the company is not answering any other complaint made by me. The company is forcing to buy the product to the consumers without informing them about that oil. It had been repeated with me third time. I suffered not only finamcial loss but also mental trauma caused due to their response. They are fraud cheaters and also their service is not even near to the charge they take for their services and also very very rude to the consumers. I just want my money and more than that a hand written apology letter by the manager infront of me.
