- Misguide for Insurance Open
I got call from Allied health on ** march **** for insurance They assured me for **% reimbursement of my mediclaims bills and it will be applicable from when my insurance will start after ** hours of payment. i made payment of ***** on ** march.after that i submitted some bills for reimbursement they said these bills they can not reimburse. then i said you can listen ** march recording if you have assure me that time then why you people denying for time of reimbursement. after that i called many times of their helpline number they said when lockdown shifted we get the recording of ** march and will provide the solution but now many of calls they said its difficult to find the recording and hang the call.
so please provide me solution regarding this its my humble request
