- Misguidance by Sales Team Fraud Open
I was pressured by a sales representative into purchasing a swipe machine for * days. Even though I didn't have a current account at that time, he assured me that gst, pan & bank accounts are easily configurable so there won't be any issue.
On the *th day after making the purchase, upon trying to configure my current account, I faced issues. When seeking assistance, I was told that I need to create a new account & get a new machine. A refund wasn't possible due to the *-day policy, even though the machine remains unactivated. It's clear I was misled by the sales representative just to secure a sale.
Many, including PineLabs, had cautioned against BharatPe, and sadly, this experience confirms their warnings.
This seems to me like a fraud scheme that BharatPe's sales & customer department is trying to run. One will sell you misinformation & pressure into purchase while the other will now entertain your request & blatantly tell you that you won't get your money back at all.
