Dreamland tour and travel shimla - Misbehaviour and threatening by tavel company

When we booked our package with travel agent we clearly told him that we will be not able to stay in veg non veg hotel. But when we chck in the hotel we got to know that it was a beg non veg hotel. After that we contacted travel agent and requested him to give us another hotel in Dalhousie but he clearly denied us. Because of which we have to leave the hotel. When we told the receptionist what was problem he understood and allowed us to check out. We belong to a religion where we do not stay and eat where both veg and non veg is there. As soon as we check out the hotel travel company called us started threatening and misbehaving us that we have escaped without paying and threatened us that something wrong will be happened with us and they specially mentioned our children. After which my son's health detoriated so much that we have to leave Dalhousie early morning. They also said wrong to our religion. Our package with them was ***** and we have already paid then *****. we told them if they will change hotel we will clear rest of payment. But they denied to change and started threatening and misbehaving us. They also said that that in *min they will do something wrong with us and my children.and also threatened to leak our adhar card in all hotel so that we don't get check in another hotel and leaking someone information is illegal. The hotel from which we checked out was shinning star resort khajihar.
