Raj fashion shop - Misbehaving threatening and money not refunded

I bought a dress from there that was not appropriate on **th dec **** at *:**pm approx
On the same day at *:**pm i went back and tell them about the flaws the dress had.
They weren't having any other options in same range.
They were pressurizing me to select a dress in ** to ** mins and finalize the deal.
I tell them to make a slip for the amount ****/-
And send me the pictures of the dresses they had.
We didn't liked the material and the price of the dresses they were showing.
I humbly messaged them to either show something else or return my money.
They said that they will show more stuff but the range will be **** add on to the amount i already spent.
Now they aren't responding to my messages.
Whenever i call them they talk rudely and in insulting manner.
Since two days i am continuously contacting them to pay back my money but they are refusing again and again.
I want my money back within ** hours.
They didn't gave me the bill.
They said "pakke bill ka aap kya kroge aapko gst bhrna pdega aapne kya karna hai pakka bill"
And handed me a paper with only written ****/-
When i returned them the dress then they made a slip that is attached along with the complaint.
Now when i talked to him they are manipulating the situation by saying that i gave you the bill you didn't took it.
He also threatens me to spread my mobile number
