Date ** When I went to your store, after making the sales return invoice store voucher, after * hour when my turn came on the counter, the salesman said that the change cannot be done today due to the server being down. So I requested him to get me introduced to your senior once. When I met the senior, the manager named Nikhil spoke to me in a very low manner and said that the return will not be done today. Do whatever you want to do. Now I request you to take appropriate action against Nikhil, otherwise I will have to go to consumer court. Thank you.
