It's very sad to say that service provided by your company on this type of pandemic situation is very bad. Not only from your local operator but from nodal officer as well as customer care also. Our connection is cut due to no payment where your agent came for the collection. They unable to come what we understand but they are not responding to our call. What type of service is that you provide. No online payment also possible. I call many times to the local operator but he is not answering. Your Coustemor cares service feels like dead. When the local operator received the call he misbehaves very badly. Rude and arrogant behavior from the local operator.
