- Microwave servicing and repair warranty was not fulfilled Open
My wife hired a service of repairing from Bengal Home Services for an LG Microwave on April *, ****, with a Booking ID ******. After only two days of the service provision, the microwave broke down. My wife registered a complaint again to Bengal Home Services on April **, ****, by calling complaint number on the invoice. Since then till date no service has
been provided whereas it is clearly mentioned in the bill that there is ** days warranty on spare and service (Copy of Bill In Voice attached herewith).
We have made enormous numbers of the call to the agency officials and to the technician who visited for the service (Copy of Mobile Phone Bill attached herewith). The receptionists of the organisation have behaved rudely several times. They have promised to send technicians to check the device but till date, there has been no service at all. Thus for a long time, we have been mentally harassed by these actions carried out by the service organisation.
Finally, I request to sort out this problem by providing the promised service or refund the charges plus loss.
