My name is Devendran. I purchased the Mi * Pro ** inch Led TV offline (GRAND AGENCIES) on ** Dec ****. Purchased TV displays are defective. I raised a complaint .After I got the replacement TV on ** Jan **** (serial number *****/************). Replacement TV is also defective (blue shade in white display at bottom). I raised the complaint (token No.M*******). Technician visited the TV and took photos of the defective area and invoice. After the Service center and backend team are closed the complaint is not defective. Again I raised the complaint to customer care (token no M*******). Service center didn't provide the response (status: cancelled).
