I had covid test at Kims Kuravankonam unit on the **th July ****.They gave a negetive report first with the name spelt wrongly .The second time it was given without my passport no in the report.Lastly the report was issued without the bar code.It was only detected when I was due to board the connection from Delhi to England.I spent * hrs in Delhi airport at * AM before my son in law managed to get the KIMS personnel to issue the proper certificate which he emailed me.The mental anguish and stress I had to endure during the *hrs is unimaginable.Kims management has to compensate me to the tune of Rs****** for the distress caused by their incompetance.I am attaching the relevant documents.
