Suddenly my prepaid sim was not working on **th midnight. I have checked with on **th by **:** am. They advised there was a downgrade issue your sim will work after ** mins. After I called by *:** am the customer executive said your sim was damaged please replace the sim in Airtel store and for ** hours your messaging service will be blocked. Nowadays for every online transaction, we need OTP. Now I'm unable to do any bank transactions due to this issue.
