Subject- Mercedes-Benz brand name lowered by local dealer poor after sale service.
With due regards this is inform you about pathetic condition of SRM smart hoops private limited Lucknow who never listens grievance of genuine customer. I am Dr (MS) Orthopaedics practicing since last ** years and well reputation in my field . I purchased Mercedes GLC in August ****.I even availed full warranty and services for * years. But on every service I got disappointed by poor workmanship and behaviour of local dealer.Pls convey to local dealer to resolve my complaints. Sir if u want I can send u every detail of poor workmanship which is for common people Mercedes as they don’t know that Merc as a brand is not responsible for their act.Just for reference I want to convey my earlier experiences with this workshop—
*st problem-They said that they have pickup service from Faizabad but for the sake of easiness I dropped my car in Lucknow. Their ** days service was done and Dashcam fitted . I repeatedly told Mr Apporva ji and Mr Alok to be careful and tell Mechenic that no grease spot should be putted unintentionally inside on interior during Dashcam fitting but even then there were so many grease spot inside interior. Even car was not delivered for * days though it was ready on *nd day. It was delivered after repeated call to Apporva ji and Alok. When it was delivered in night after ** pm , next day many grease spot were visible in days sunlight. It was conveyed to Apporva ji and Mr alok . They said that they will send someone to faizabad to clean it. But when no one came then I brought my vehicle to your showroom on Sunday- it was cleaned by some person who was called by Apporva ji or Mr Alok on Sunday holiday. This is *st problem I faced .
*nd problem- my rear Dashcam found hanging with support of wire just after ** days after it was newly fitted. I complained it to Mr Alok with pic, he said pls bring vehicle to refit it,but my driver fitted it himself as originally there is loose fitting and he replaced it and applied hand pressure and is sticking till now.
* problem- when I send my vehicle Mercedes Glc for yearly service , exterior was ok but just after returning from service I found the there was a lot of greasiness all over exterior and a lot of dust sticking on whole exterior which was not being removed on cleaning. There in service someone have put some chemical for cleaning or put some already contaminated cleaning clothe for cleaning exterior which led to this problem. I conveyed it to u and was not responding from ur side then I emailed to ur company.workshop accepted their fault and I was offered to be compensated in next work. But I denied and send my car for receramic coating.which was done outside and I paid for it.
*th problem- most recently, I send my car for Dashcam repair as it was not working. When car was returned due to non availability of defective part , same day backside corrosive spot was noted. I ignored that but when on Sunday my driver removed plastic paddle Matt, there was same corrosive spot on floor carpet , so I complained to Mercedes workshop . When I didn’t get proper response then I again emailed to customer care. I asked my driver if he is sure that this spot was not earlier before going to workshop, then he told he is sure it was not there as he regularly cleans it fully on every Sunday.
Dear sir don’t complaint until there is real problem at workshop. I even appreciate when good work is done. I sent my * star rating for painting repair work recently. But for my every genuine complaint I get same pre formatted reply and nothing done till now.
Following my last episode that workers blocked my Watsapp by management on order of local dealer CEO Mr Abhiahek Tripathi Lucknow.
Kindly order local dealer to rectify their mechanical poor workmanship and compensate me fully by replacing all damaged parts.
I am mentally torchered as I m regularly being told that there is no fault on their side and I have to complain at lest *** time without any results. I m very busy in my profession but have to take time out to message and email then daily since last more than a month.exhausted and ruined by their pathetic attitudes.
