Around * month back, I sent mail to Hathway to disconnect my internet. After that i received call from hathway and informed the reason for disconnection. But till now i they have't processed any process from their end. Also daily i am receiving * call from hathway for recharge. These guys are giving lot of mental torture. I received *** Hathway customer support calls. I informed to everyone that i have disconnected my Internet and i asked my Advance amount **** rupees. But they are not saying anything, and they are trying to loot my **** rupees.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
