We have fraudulently signed / bought Sale & Purchase Agreement (For Membership) worth Rs. * Lakhs on **th April, **** at their Jaipur Office (India) from M/s. PRESTIGE HOLIDAY RESORTS LLP (Karma Group). We had deliberately opted loan from their subsidiary company M/s. PARSHURAM FIINANCE PVT LTD. to check their services / commitments. Total value of membership is Rs. *,**,***/- for ** years. We have paid Rs. *,**,***/- as down payment and rest amount i.e. Rs. *,**,***/- as loan. No. of EMI`s ** Per Month @ Rs. ****/- (Total Rs. *,**, ***/- with interest rate **% monthly reducing).
It is clearly written in the agreement that membership will be activated after paying *th EMI i.e. on **th September, ****. (Copy of sale & purchase agreement is attached) for reference. While we have signed the agreement they again and again assured that you have to pay only membership fee of Rs. *,**,***/- for ** years and every alternate year management service agreement approx. cost Rs. ** to ** thousand + GST and your stay / living will be free of cost every time in any resort at any place.
After activation i.e. **th September, ****, we found that they fraudulently signed agreement from us and breach our trust. Also they are cheated with us because every time when we stay / booked resorts we have to pay Rs. ** -** thousand.
They had played very smart game like they do not mentioned it on the agreement that you will have to pay extra Rs. **-** thousand for every / each stay.
If we have to pay Rs. **-** thousand for each stay then why they have charged membership fee of Rs. *,**,***/- and also management service agreement of approx. ** to ** thousand + GST for every alternate year.
We have paid Rs. *,**,***/- till date as per following details:-

Without using any services provided by the company we have requested to cancel the membership on **th September, **** (Copy Attached). Just passed ** days of activation of membership without utilizing any kind of services we simply request to cancel out membership and refund our money. On **th September, **** they replied to our Email (Copy Attached) they simply saying the money you have paid is non – refundable.
How can they denied / refused to give our hard earned money (Refund Value of Rs. *,**,***/-).
They have fraudulently signed agreement between us and extorting the more money from us by paying rest of the membership payment i.e. Rs. * Lakhs approx.
If we know their plan /game / gimmick / smartness we could never trap from them.
You are requested to look into the matter and help us to refund our money. We will be highly obelized to you.
