I ordered a Bluetooth Earbud (Wireless) from Meesho (https://www.meesho.com/). I received a completely different Product. I sent them images as well. Now, Meesho is refusing to return or refund saying that due to their policies they can't do anything. They generated my return request and cancelled multiple times themselves. This is a complete fraudulent behaviour by the seller and Meesho both. As per Meesho's customer care, they can't even contact (mail or phone) their sellers. A lot of the times, the sellers send entirely different Products. Now, my money is stuck with them. They are simply refusing to RETURN even though they are the one sending me wrong product. I am completely disappointed with them. Please help me.
I have contacted their social media and it feels like some bots are running that as they reply the exact same thing.
