As a seller, we are asked to share the package opening video and other images including return packslip, all angels of outside package ,etc. But still company is rejecting our claims due to below mentioned reason,
"Greetings from Xpressbees We regret to inform you that your compensation claim for Order ID: ************_* has been rejected. Based on our review of the footage, we cannot see all sides of the product. Whenever you submit evidence for a claim, you must ensure that all sides of the product are visible in the video. Please follow these guidelines when recording videos: *. The packaging must be opened during the video. In cases where the package has been opened before the video has been recorded, we will not accept the case. *. Each side of the package should be clearly shown in the video. *. Label must be clearly visible on the video, showing AWB number and Order ID. *. Video must be captured in one long take, clearly demonstrating all actions.
