- Medical Negligence in Coronary Bypass surgery ^Open

I need help in a grave medical negligence case for my father Mr. Jugal Kishore Agarwal.

My Father was admitted to Narayana Hrudalaya Hospital on **/**/**** after his chest pain due to heart vessel blockage and underwent bypass surgery. Unfortunately, the bypass surgery did not go well as the doctor (Dr. Ramesh Seshadri) did not graft/bypass the blocked vessel due to his medical negligence and grafted some other vessels where grafting was not needed.

Father was discharged after few days citing everything is fine even if he was complaining chest pain citing a regular post operative side effect. He has also advised to do rigorous physio and exertional exercises, also given a fit to fly certificate showing the complete negligence of Narayana hrudalaya hospital that they had missed to graft the blocked vessel.

He has admitted again in Aster CMI hospital after suffering another major chest pain few days later and a Stent was placed after Dr discovered the major blocked vessel is still > **% blocked.

This saved his life and he is doing ok but there are those extra grafts which were not needed due to which he has breathlessness/ tiredness as there is reverse flow of blood in those vessels.
