I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning matter regarding my recent interactions with Max Life Insurance.
I have been a customer of Max Life Insurance for some time now with policy no ********* purchased on *th March ****, . However, I am deeply disappointed by the recent events surrounding my policy and premium mode change.
I was initially quoted a premium amount of Rs ***** for the annual premium, as confirmed in email correspondence from the Service Helpdesk with the Signature of Ms. Swati Khanna. Additionally, during a conversation over call with Mr. Arun Kumar Dubey (ID - *****), was assured that a *% discount would be provided for the lifetime of the policy under the free look policy and the amount for the policy will be Rs *****.
To my surprise, I recently received a confirmation for the mode change from monthly to annual with a premium amount of Rs *****.**, which is significantly higher than the previously agreed-upon amount.
I find this discrepancy in the premium amount to be unacceptable and indicative of unethical practices by Max Life Insurance. It appears that false promises were made to retain me as a customer, and this has severely impacted my trust in your company.
I request an immediate review of my policy and a correction of the premium amount to the previously agreed-upon Rs *****. I also expect an explanation for the discrepancy and assurance that such incidents will not occur in the future.
I have retained all call recordings and email correspondences related to this matter and am prepared to take further action if necessary to rectify this situation. This action is best suited as Max life knows very well that my Birth Date is approaching and i have no option instead of opting for the same. Since Day one False Promises, Misguidance and Unethical practices are involved with Max Life Insurance.
I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.
