Shyamal Biswas filed complaint against Sbi on Oct 22, 2019
I Sri Shyamal Biswas deposited Rs. ****/ (Eighty thousand) on **-**-**** and Rs. **** (Nine thousand and one hundred) on **-**-**** as fixed deposit, Receipt no. SD/A/**, ****** and TD/A/**, ****** respectively for a period of * (six) months but unfortunately I was lost my memory about the above stated certificates that where it was placed in my house premises. So I didn’t claim my maturity in proper time. But in August **** I got back my two certificates in my old file and I claimed my maturity to chakdaha SBI branch but I have not received the maturity till now. So contacted various time to the branch and I was told that the branch has nothing to do in this connection unless receiving any response from head branch. I repeatedly asked about the above but they are not co-operating with me and the branch manager of Chakdaha branch told me that they already dispatched the maturity amount to my account at the proper time but he did not show any proof at all.
Therefore I request your good self kindly to look into the matter and make the necessary step at your end.
