Future Enterprise Limited - Maturity amount not refunded from FD

I have invested Rs *,**,*** only in Fixed Deposit Scheme in Future Enterprises Limited on **/**/**** with my Loyalty Membership. The aforesaid FD has been matured on **/**/****.Till date my FD amount along with guaranteed interest has not been credited to my bank account.

As I invested the above amount using digital transfer from my bank account, as per Scheme norms, the FD amount with interest should have been automatically credited to my bank account on maturity date of **/**/****.

I have sent email to fdcare@felindia.in with my details but received undeliverable response.
