My mother has invested an amount of Rs. ****** /- . This Maturity amount of Rs. ****** on dt **/**/**** has not been given to me till date. I have been in regular contact with the branch office but still I did not get my claim.
Since it has been * yrs since maturity she should get the interest of * yrs also.
I have been in constant contact with agent Sunil Kumar Choudhary (code no-*********) from sunabeda,koraput but my issue has not been resolved yet.
I had also visited to the office on **/**/**** and I was assured that amount will be settled by march **** but till date there is no positive response from there end.
The details of my certificate is given below:-
