This is with regards with my trailing mails for which I am trying to get status after following hierarchy but sorry to say but I guess your team only acts for a day only when issue comes to you.Please refer my previous mail to you after which I never got response or call .Only I have been calling and following up ...I have given my sx* past one month in automotive Dealership after I had raised issue to yourself ,then suddenly your Dealer and regional team starts calling and then forgets everything within few days.It's been over a month I haven't heard any concrete resolution from them .I have been given overheating and noise issue past * months for which I have been charged repeated but issue remained unresolved and now it is being told to me again I have to do work on paid basis .When I have been giving complaint past * months for the same issue and even after paying amount to your dealers, I cannot spend every time for workmanship or diagnosis error .My vehicle is fitted with CNG and it was fitted by Vitesse which is your authorised dealer and it's been * years since it was fitted and how come when I get service done from your service centre issues come up.Moreover I was also considering for new vehicle for exchange and for this they have given me ***** as valuation... which was one of the premium cars in **** .We are the customers when no one buying we had spend and put on sx* because we had faith in company. Considering expenses..I have spend over a lack past ** months but even then they have spoiled my vehicle..
