I have been cheated by Marq brand of flipkart refrigerator.
I purchased and had complaint about cooling, irritated beep sound etc.
I registered complaint however they took more than a month to come up with sorry face as no parts available to repair. they will buy back with depreciation of **%.
Which is **,***/- this is loss to me. Now I believe they run this business model to buy back with depreciation and re sale with repair as new and repeat again.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
