My Vehicle was broken down on **th Sept'**. TVS Jupiter ***CC was Purchased in April ****. I tried with the showroom for roadside assistance but it failed. Somehow I towed the vehicle to the showroom where the vehicle was purchased. they told me it was due to a battery issue it has happened, so I left the vehicle at the showroom and left home. on the same day, I emailed the TVS customer care. I received a call within ** minutes. they promised me that the issue would be resolved at the earliest. The next day they told me that due excessive carbon emission in the spark plug it had happened that too I refiled the fuel in different petrol station it has happened they mentioned. None responded after that. later I called the service center for status they mentioned that the issue had been resolved but there was a rattling noise coming from the engine they are working on it to arrest the rattling noise. later after two days, I called them for status they told me that the timing chain was broken and they had ordered a replacement of the spare part. It has been almost ** days today they claim that the vehicle is ready they are asking to collect me. I don't want a vehicle to be defective. I Want full refund and compensation. I had made the payment in full.
