Manufacturing Defect Rust issues in Ford Car Gates Open

Team I had purchased Ford Figo car past 4 yrs approx. from Ford India Kaikan showroom Kolkata based on our choice car was not available but the bookings was taken and they drive the car from Durgapur approx 400 kms which was not informed to us the car was delivered in dirty conditions but with good faith we have taken the car from initial days there was a rust problem in one gate of the car which was also informed earlier but earlier the company paint that portion of car & charged on our bill which also we paid in good faith but now all gates are damaged and company is least bothered while escalation the company is begging for discounts from 20% to now 75% which was quite strange as it’s a manufacturing defects so company should take call rather than negotiating for discounts part this is really insane & will never trust Ford India anymore .

Resolution Demanded: An apology letter from company official, Get refund or credit for your purchase, Get service/product replaced or fixed for free, Get damages for financial loss and mental agony
