Microsoft Corporation (india) Pvt Ltd - Malpractice

Another scam being run buy microsoft, where they are offering microsoft office family suit at **% discount on upgrading the system. While not providing any payment options. They have failed to add *factor authentication in their payment gateway due to which payment fails. And on contacting their customer care everytime I have to go through same ordeal where in the CCE states " there is no such offer". However when i share the screen shots as proof, the product magically appears on my account which only they can see but i cannot. Despite that, even they cannot process the payment as it is mandatory in India for two-factor authentication above *k. So they start putting blame on bank suggesting bank might have blocked transaction. But when i share there own policy admitting the bank requirement, they tell me they have escalated the matter and within * hour i will get the product. But its been ** days with pursuance on calls and chats with microsoft support team of ** hours each day. kindly help me out
