Nextra Broadband - Making fool.of customers

I have been using nextra for a while and it has always been a disaster when it comes to customer satisfaction. My internet went down on **th August **** from * pm. I have been calling then to get it resolve but all they do is manipulate customer that it would be resolved in so and so working hours but nothing happens. On **th August ****, I started pursuing them but now they claim that it had been raining in Dwarka, so they can't work in field whereas it didn't rain a single drop in Dwarka on **th August **** and even it rains it doesn't last more than * hour. All they can do is make fool of customers. Such a shame. In the evening they claim thier working hour is till * so they can't work anymore .Now they say that my problem would resolve tomorrow by * pm that is on **th August. Even though I made it clear that it is **th August but still he claims that it would be resolved. Now comes **th August ****. I called them and they say it's non working day. When I tell them I was told that it would be resolved today, they say it would have been by mistake. Now I am at their mercy. All my money is gone , precious time is wasted in calling these no good for nothing customer care people. I have recorded all of their calls. Hope my voice will be heard. All I want is no other customers should face such kind of situations and such kind of fraudulent companies should be debard from ISP.
