I ordered an Adult Product through the online portal www.thesextoysindia.com on *th of May. Total cost of the product was **,***/- however on paying online it cost me *,***/-. While tracking the product it is showing "in Process" for * days. Mobile number provided on the website is **********. I am chasing them continuously but no one is responding to my calls. They are online and are reading the messages on whatsapp but not responding. When I inquired a bit more about them in YouTube and Google, I came to know that it is a fraudulent website in which they ask customers to make online payment and then they don't send products nor respond to them.
