Room Soom Technologies Pvt Ltd - Luggage not returning

I was living in pg of roomsoom in noida sector ** in b-*** pg and my friend in b-** noida **.due to lockdown we came back to home and our training are conducting online so we paid the rent for month of March and said to caretaker that we are checkout from pg and our luggages are theier so when we back we will took.so he said paid **** and your luggage will be safe here and once you can you can take your luggage and nobody asked money so I paid money through upi to owner named Nitin Aggarwal and after one month one of other caretaker calls me named shiva and he asking for rent and I told him what we talk with govind so he said he leaves the company and you are not checking out still so I request him so he told me he will talk to owner about this matter and then he will inform me then he called back to me and said that owner say now you both pay **** and **** respectively for both and we checked you from our list and yours luggage will be safe and once lockdown will finished you came and can take your luggage so I paid that money.now from last * months I wAs trying to back my luggage but they are asking more money from me.i said them I already paid it so they don\'t listen and asking money from us.i am very frustrated from last * months my documents and all important things are there and I need them urgent but they are not returning it to us.i sent all money to owner account and I have recording also of their caretaker .i sent it to roomsoom owner Mr Nitin Aggarwal and also their representatives Mr kapil,mr Shyam and Mr Raju,but they are not supported to me .only again and again they asked for money even my deposit are not returning and money that I sent two times for keeping my luggage
