Our luggage was delayed on a flight from Kuwait to Madrid and we received it five days later. We had to buy everything -- from clothes, medicines, toiletries -- and both me and husband were running a fever at that time and all our medicine was in the luggage. the airline refused to cooperate, and were quite unprofessional in their behaviour towards its customers. We would require compensation for all five days.
