Shiv Cargo Packers and Movers - Loss of money and non delivery of car and washing machine

I have booked my Eon Car HR**X **** and one washing machine for transportation from Ambala Cantt to Vapi my duty station. I have received receipt documents of my car and washing machine. I have paid rupees *****/- in which Rs *** cash and four online tfr to Indian Overseas Bank of agent Naresh Sharma by saying this amount of *****/- has not transferred to the above account. My vehicle is in Gurgaon now and held up due to non-payment to the next transportation party by Naresh Sharma. I have already paid Rs *****/- instead of paying Rs *****/-.
