On **th September, ****, at **:**am, I received a message from Airtel regarding my Airtel Xstream Fiber Internet services stating that my services will be interrupted due to some technical issues. The message also stated that the services will resume by *:**pm on the same day. At *:**pm on the same day, I receive a message from Airtel stating that the issue has been resolved and my services will resume. However, still unable to access internet, I wait until *:**pm and contact Airtel's customer services. Initially asked to do some basic troubleshooting like restarting my router, I am eventually told that I will be transferred to their technical team before they cut the call. On calling again, I am finally able to speak to the technical team, who assign a technician to visit my place but are unable to provide the time frame by when the person will arrive stating that the issue should be resolved by *:**pm. On insisting them to resolve the issue sooner as it was hindering me with my work, I once again see my call get cut midway by their call center employee. On multiple further call, I keep getting vague standard responses like "we apologize for you inconvenience" and "your issue will be resolved as soon as possible", each time the person from the call center assuring that someone from their side will contact me, however, no one contacts me until *:**, when I get an another message stating that the supposedly fixed issue is still not fixed and expected time is *:**pm to fix my issue. The constant delay in any action and pathetic responses from their call center team has left me frustrated as the lack of internet services and completely wasted my entire day as I was unable to complete any of my planned work.
