I ordered KFC from the KFC app on July *rd **** and while I was eating fried chicken I saw a long white thread fried together with chicken. I feel very disgusted not knowing how did thread get inside chicken, from where the thread came ??
I started to throw up and threw away the whole chicken box. Total waste of money and trauma.
I have complaint KFC many times by sending the proof video but they did not do anything they just close the complaint repeatedly without any resolution. I am very upset and disgusted by their poor service I want someone to take action or resolve my complaint.
