On **th of June while paying off my loan due to system issues by an error I paid extra Rs **** I send email many time I send them my bank statement too they ask me to wait for ** to ** business days now its more thn ** days no response customer service agent they place my call on hold and more thn ** min they don't come back and unfortunately I hve to disconnect I nvr expected this kind of behavior I taught u r a genuine company but I was wrong I have gave so many references but I ll make sure no one from my references borrow any money from you...
Today they hve asked me to sent Bank statements frm **th July until **th July I ll send please resolve my issue or else I ll nvr deal with you guys its ur loss if u c how much interest I pay u guys I m ur regular customer and I hve proved u my loyalty and my relationship with u
Customer service is pathetic I m nt begging to give me loan I am asking u my money its my money not ur loan or interest...
