Reliance Finance Limited - Loan process fees not refunded

Hi. I was desperately looking for a loan. I was approached by Reliance Finance saying that I could get * lakh personal based on my Aadhar. They sent me a sanction letter. They asked me to pay **** as process fee - which I paid, then they asked me to pay Rs.*****/- as transaction fee to transfer the loan. Again I paid same hesitantly. Then they set me an agreement on what'sapp and asked me to deposit another *****/- as agreement fee. I got suspicious & only then I checked regarding the company on the internet & I saw that there have been many complaints. So I asked them to cancel & refund the amount I paid, to which they agreed to do in ** hours. All this happened on *nd April. Seeing no response I made a complaint on another consumer complaints website & they duly posted my complaint to the company as per the information on the website. Today Reliance Finance as sent a letter stating I need to pay another ****/- to get my refund. Please do see if you can help - as I am in a desperate situation.
