Avanse Financial Services Ltd - Loan not processed but took processing fee

I've recently got in contact with avanse for my education loan and I've send all the required documents as per they asked and asked for **lakhs loan amount for XXX university, later on they said that the loan is sanctioned only for ** lakhs then I again put a request for **lakhs as **lakhs womt be sufficient for me. So after few days they said that my loan is samctioned for **lakhs so then they asked me to pay the processing fee for **,*** as my loan process is getting delayed and i had not time for my visa i had to pay the processing fee then later on they send me samction letter for other university and when i asked that I didn't apply for this university and asked for XXX university which i had plans to go for that university which i memtioned earlier they said that they womt be able to provide **lakhs for that particular college as that university doesn't come under grade A... firstly, they didn't tell me processing fee rules and regulations and and they didn't comfirm with me which university i am proceeding for and decided themselves so after i kept asking them to increase after ** days they said the max they can give is **lakhs only and now I'm asking for refund as i got loan from other bank for **lakhs.. the whole process with avamse was not smooth and they took more than * months for this procedure and moreover the customer service is worst. Hence I'm raising a complaint against them to initiate my refund
