Aditya Birla Finance - Loan not process

I have received the call from Aditya Birla executive for the personal loan against the insurance policy. They ask purchased insurance from Bharti Axa elite advantage plan worth ***** after receiving bond we have processed your loan and amount disbursed in your account within ** days. If amount not disbursed you freelook your policy freelook period ** days but after ** days they had not picked my call. I have gone to Bharti Axa life insurance office for freelook insurance they ask freelook period ** days. Avinash Mishra ********** talk with me regularly but now there is no response. I have only voice recording and WhatsApp chat screenshot. So please me and other people from these kinds of frauds. Bharti Axa life insurance company know about all this but they are not taking any action against these type of fraud executive.
