Livspace - Livspace is not providing refund

We have contacted Livspace for our *BHK interior and they have given us estimate of **.* lakhs and after we have paid them ** % amount for *.* lakh Indian Rupees Designer initiated meeting to start designing our apartment and for each meeting she arrived more than * to * hours late. She never had design ready before meetings and suddenly our cost was shot up by more than ** % then she told us that we need to finalize incomplete design and pay remaining ** % amount other wise there will be monthly price hike. After that we told Livspace that we do not want to continue with you guys as there is lack of professionalism and asked for refund for getting simple reply we need to do multiple escalations and Livspace took ** days for call back and took another ** days to reply to our refund query.
