- Livspace has made false commitments to grab the order and denying commitments post payment Open
The Modular kitchen company Livspace has been harassing us on a daily basis and delaying our order due to their issues which they're not even clearly providing details of. Initially they misguided us to bag the order, by making false promises (we have proofs of that) regarding the delivery and after the various payment milestones, they're delaying it and now we have a small ** months baby and are suffering coz of these guys.
Also in between for the order placement and to take the **% payment from us, they committed to the date of **th April for delivery and now they're delaying it by a month and telling us that they never commit on any dates at all.
Initially they committed that we'll not be able to use our kitchen for only *-* days, and provided us a plan accordingly, coz of which we placed the order, considering our baby, but now they've provided a schedule where-in we cannot use our kitchen for ** days (from date of demolition to debris cleaning).
We want to cancel out order now considering the harassment and also claim the refund of the amount paid till date (**% payment is made already) and also would like to file a case for frauding us before every payment milestone and harassment and other losses.
