I have played a contest with two teams In the IND vs NZ ICC world cup match.
The last range of prize pool was #****** to ******** with winning amount of INR **.
My teams rank after the match completion was:
*) Team *: #*******,
*) Team *: #********
As both of my teams landed in the range, I was entitled to win INR ** for each team and the total would have been **.
But they credited ** for team * and **.** for team*.
I have contacted the helpdesk and they provided a screenshot of their calculation which was wrong. This way they have saved their INR ****** which needed to be credited among the end users.
Now they have closed the ticket without proper explanation.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
