Icici Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited - Less Surrender Amount Paid

Sir i have open a lifestage assure policy of premium amount *****.** per year in ICICI-Prudential. i have paid three year premium amount continuous. Sir, after three year i have closed my policy and i get only two year closer amount of premium. As per representative of ICICI-Prudential my first year premium amount will be used to provide a guaranteed maturity addition, and first year premium amount not paid to me because I have closed my policy before five years. But this is not said by representative about this term and condition at the time of policy assign. Sir please pay your attention on this matter and resolved this problem as soon as possible and paid my *****.**.
