Vijayan filed complaint against Mjt Travels on May 7, 2019
I travelled in **** Chennai to Bodi MJT bus on **.**.**** with birth L* and L*. The bus stopped at Dindukal bus stand at **:** am on **.**.****. After information to cleaner, we got down for restroom which is opposite of the bus. On return, we shocked as the bus left leaving us. Even the auto drivers informed about us to the driver without care their words driver moved the bus. I have tried to contact the persons in the available mobile numbers **********, **********. But nobody responded.
Since nobody has responded, I have sent the following message on **.**.**** at **.** am. to the numbers **********, **********:
"I travelled in **** Chennai to Bodi MJT bus on **.**.**** with birth L* and L*. The bus stopped at Dindukal bus stand at **:** am on **.**.****. After information to cleaner, We got down for restroom which is opposite of the bus. On return, we shocked as the bus left leaving us. Even the Auto drivers informed about us without care their words driver moved the bus. Sir luggage is there on your bus we are on the way to Bodi with the available bus. We are suffering a lot and mental agony. Travelling a local bus without material is hard. I am sending this message to solve the issues as nobody else is responding to our phone calls made to the numbers **********, ********** and Chennai landline number.
Hope you will intervene and compensate to resolve the issue before representing the case to consumer forum.
Fortunately, to have witnessed on the incident MJT bus to Pollachi reached Dindukal and I informed the driver about the incident and Auto drivers in the bus stand are also told to your Pollachi bus driver that they have informed that two passengers went to restroom please wait. Without bothering their voice, the bus driver left.
I have informed one auto driver at my native place and to collect the luggage with an additional payment of Rs ***/-. The driver told the auto driver that no passengers were boarded to Bodi. Is this is the driver's responsible answer? Then the driver gets into the bus and collected the luggage.
After I reached home, I have received calls from both mobiles I have narrated the incident. They assured that they will look into it and inform the same to the owner after inquiry. I have requested for compensation to avoid approaching Consumer forum and was accepted. I have sent my bank details also through message. I am contacting the person Mr Karthik in this regard over the phone but I have received neither compensation nor positive response they are telling that their owner is at Bangaluru and was intimated to the service provider in their website under feedback as my last request before approaching consumer forum for legal remedy.
Till date, nobody is responding to resolve the issue from MJT Travels. Hence I have been forced to make this complaint before the consumer forum for legal remedy.
