LeEco - LeEco Letv Refund/Replacement Issue

My name is Sai Vamsee Bontha and I am a student residing in Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh.
I have submitted my LeEco Le MAX phone to an authorized service center (Bright Infocom-Part of Flextronics ) in Visakhapatnam and they have given me a jobsheet no.'************' dated "**-OCT-****". But the company couldn't repair the phone due to some reasons and they have offered me a option for refund.
In this regard,I have submitted all the documents like Bill, Aadhaar Card, Crossed Blank Cheque and bank details as requested by the service center to process refund. Finally, I got a confirmation call(RECORDING *) from the company on "*-MAR-**" saying that I would get my refund. But they didn't give refund till now.
But since they promised me that I would get the refund I purchased an new mobile phone worth **k because it was very difficult for me to live without a mobile.
Months passed but there was no refund. So, I managed to get the contact number of an LeEco official named "Sujoy Roy" from the service center and asked him about the refund. To my surprise he said "Company doesn't have money so they won't give me the money."(RECORDING *)
As I am a student I didn't want to go to consumer court for this issue and so I called him again and asked him for an alternative solution, to which he said he can provide me a "LeEco Le Max *" mobile which is the next version of my phone(RECORDING *).
As I have no choice, I agreed even though I have already spend **k on a new phone. I only wanted LeMAX * because it was the latest in the market and I wanted to sell the phone and recover some of the expenses of my new phone, even though it was cheaper than Le MAX *.
But meanwhile the service contract between LeEco and Flextronics(Bright Infocom) was terminated, so he(Sujoy Roy) said to take the phone and submit in another service center so that he can send me the Le MAX *.(RECORDING *)
I did as he said and submitted in another authorized service center "S.V.Care" and they gave me a jobsheet no. "JS***********" dated "**-MAY-**".
But as of today when I called him again he said he was not working with the company anymore and told me that he cant do anything.(RECORDING *)
The service center says that they can't do anything.
I am facing mental torture and agony due to this company LeEco from the last * months. I am setback **k financially.Please help me resolve the issue.If needed please help me raise the complaint in a court.
