- LED TV under warranty delay in getting repair from company Open
Last year purchased LED TV Sansui model under warranty has been not starting since **/**/****. I have been made a lot of phone calls to Sansui sister concern company on service centre for the repairs. Still no response. from the company. The dealer purchased LED TV Sansui from Jalna. Told that minimum ** days more required for repair. I have told that how can possible to get without TV watching. I requested to send service engineer for repair. But they are not responding to the company and dealer. I have also requested to send TV for watching up to the TV Sansui repair. No one is responding. Within warranty period minimum * to * days sufficient to repair the same.
So I have a complaint against the Videocon service centre, Sansui company and dealer also. I have harassment since last * days.
