- Lcd display issue after service done through phixman Open

I have given a mobile device for service due to lcd issues to phixman showroom, they said we will do service and warranty of three months will also be given as additional insured terms per phixman policy and they had taken long duration to service the phone and no proper response after payment done.
After few days back, They called me and asked to pick my mobile device at *.** PM and the very next day I noticed a carck in lcd display panel, I complaint back to them and they had accepted the phone back and saying they will Check back and continuosly they says the lcd panel is on demand, they will get back on the same.
Waited for more than six months and afterwards I went to the shop asked about this, they said please wait for few moree day and after few days due covid the shop is closed and back then now when I get back, the given a phone without any change and the lcd is completely broken.

Spoke to head office team, no response from them
They literally make fool of customers and they are not doing anything as a service as well as continuosly the team changes the technician and they doesnt now anything about phone service
