- Latency issue by Tikona Open
Tikona has its said policy for the rented people to pay for * months to start service which I was prompted to pay in the *st month. From day one I have complained about the latency issue and asked to solve it as soon as possible but Tikona only sends an engineer and nothing changes they promise to fix the issue in ** hours every time and the problem remains the same.
Also, they promise to fix the problem by upgrading my plan but that promise also seems to be an empty promise and this whole scenario continues for two months and the problem remains constant and I can't stand the problem anymore and I have told Tikona to disconnect if they can't serve me well. Again that same thing happens, they promise to solve in ** hours but nothing happens and I had to change my connection.
Now, Tikona is not refunding my money and there are * months left of service. I want my money back.
Also, they have wasted my * months of bad service.
