So recently , i started to have issues with the lid of my laptop, i was actually not closing properly and hence there was a gap between the keyboard and the lid, the laptop is in perfect condition without even a scratch and about a year old, since the lid issue is not due to my mistake (it is due to poor quality or maybe manufacturing defect ) i filed a ticked in lenovo service to provide me the service with my laptop, since there is * year of onsite warranty is available on my model . They asked for photos and video of the laptop. when i sent them the photos, they called me and told me that this is not covered in the warranty since it is because of user usage. why on earth would a user not use his/her items , they did not even check the laptop physically and blamed it on me, there are a lot of users on the internet with the same hinge issue and then lenovo not accepting it's mistake
