- Laptop not delivered within the promised time ^Open

Resolution Demanded:

I have ordered an custom build laptop on **th September ****. I called an representative before placing and he said it will be delivered to me in *-* weeks. Also it is clearly mentioned in website before and still after placing an order that the product will be delivered within * weeks.
It's over * weeks now and my product still haven't shipped yet. Upon calling lenovo several times, each representative gave me different dates of order shipment which is all past * weeks. One said **rd, one said **th, one said **th and one said **th of November.
Now the biggest problem how i was affected is that i had all chance of sales to take within the period of * months of time i could have bought a better laptop at lower price during online sales. Even that is fine. I am moving out of station on December second week and i even told this to them and still they are not providing resolution. At the end they are offering refund ? * months of waiting and still waiting and all they offer me is refund for not delivering my product in promised time.
I asked them back to offer me a replacement of same ready to ship model as it also is same as custom build order or even asked the Intel version of it if there is no ryzen version available which is what i ordered and they refused.
I still don't know the last date given to me for shipping is **th and still i don't know if i will be able to take delivery by first week of December before moving out of station.
I highly request someone to take strict action against Lenovo. The problem is if the delivery time is a week or *, and delay it, its fine. But the delivery already is *months and they delay another one or two months is totally not fine.
Anyone authorized to take any actions against lenovo India in this scenario i would be happy to stand by.
And note to whoever reads this, please don't buy custom build laptops from Lenovo India ever. It is not only happening to me but many. You better off buy in other websites or if only buying from their website let it be ready to ship model else you might suffer too much waiting until all new generations of laptops arrive by then.
